For years, the ACLU of Georgia has served as Georgia's pre-eminent organization devoted to the protection of civil liberties and civil rights. Tax-deductible contributions
The ACLU Foundation of Georgia is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization,
and donations made to it are usually tax-deductible. The ACLU
Foundation of Georgia supports litigation, advocacy, public
education and special projects. The ACLU Foundation of Georgia
does not support legislative lobbying, which cannot by law,
be supported by tax-deductible funds.

Join and become a card-carrying member
Basic membership costs only $20.00 per year. ACLU of Georgia
membership automatically extends to the national American
Civil Liberties Union and to your local chapter. Membership
includes a year’s subscription to both the ACLU of Georgia
newsletter and the national ACLU newsletter.
Gifts in Memory or Tribute
Make a gift to ACLU of Georgia in memory of a loved one or
to honor a special person, and include a personal message
that we will send to his/her family or to the person you wish
to honor along with a notification of your gift. Your gift
will help the ACLU of Georgia work to ensure the future of
