Tax-deductible contributions
The ACLU Foundation of Georgia is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, and
donations made to it are usually tax-deductible. The ACLU Foundation of
Georgia supports litigation, advocacy, public education and special projects.
The ACLU Foundation of Georgia does not support legislative lobbying, which
cannot by law, be supported by tax-deductible funds.

Join and become a card-carrying member
Basic membership costs only $20.00 per year. ACLU of Georgia membership
automatically extends to the national American Civil Liberties Union and
to your local chapter. Membership includes a year’s subscription to
both the ACLU of Georgia newsletter and the national ACLU newsletter.
Gifts in Memory or Tribute
Make a gift to ACLU of Georgia in memory of a loved one or to honor a special
