2019 ACLU of Georgia Legislative Session Wrap-Up

June 29, 2019 @ 1:00 pm 4:00 pm
NOTE: The event is now full, but we will be livestreaming it through the ACLU of Georgia Facebook page and are planning more events in the future!
Join ACLU of Georgia and our partners (including Georgia Equality, GALEO, Common Cause Georgia, Georgia Shift, New American Pathways, Georgia Justice Project, Planned Parenthood Southeast Advocates, and Southern Center for Human Rights) as we discuss the results of the 2019 Legislative Session. We'll cover the topics of voter rights, immigration, LGBTQ+ rights, reproductive freedom, and criminal justice reform. You'll learn what passed, what is still alive for 2020, and which bills are going into affect in July and beyond.
Space is limited so you MUST RSVP through PeoplePower in the ticket link to attend, and we request you only RSVP if you know you can attend.
Please consider parking at Mason Mill Park and/or Senior Center just around the corner so we can save spots in front of the library for current patrons and those with mobility issues.
