This bill would create a Prosecuting Attorney’s Oversight Commission (PAOC) modeled on the Judicial Qualifications Commission (JQC), to oversee the conduct of prosecutors. Under current Georgia law, prosecuting attorneys are regulated by the State Bar of Georgia.
