ATLANTA - The ACLU of Georgia has received reports from around the state about threats of punishment and some administrators physically preventing students from leaving school during yesterday's protests.
"If you have suffered disciplinary action as a result of participating in the March 14 protest, please contact the ACLU of Georgia at [email protected]," stated Sean J. Young, Legal Director of the ACLU of Georgia. "Write 'Walkout' in the subject line and include a copy of the documentation referencing the disciplinary action."
