The ACLU of Georgia along with the Claiborne Firm, P.C. and Woolf Law Firm filed a federal lawsuit against the city of Savannah seeking emergency injunctive relief to prevent the city from enforcing an unconstitutional ban on displaying hand-held poster signs in view of Vice President Mike Pence along the St. Patrick's Day Parade route. Once the lawsuit was filed, the city of Savannah reversed its unconstitutional policy.
