Senior Development Officer
The ACLU of Georgia seeks a Senior Development Officer (SDO), a frontline fundraiser who establishes and builds strong, authentic, long-term partnerships with donors and foundations, bringing them closer to our work. As the state affiliate of the national ACLU, our mission is to preserve and expand the individual rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution, the Georgia Constitution, and related civil rights laws.
INTERSHIPS
Legal Externship
The ACLU of Georgia welcomes legal externs for the spring semester. Legal Externs will be expected to perform legal research, draft legal memoranda, and potentially legal briefs and other documents, and be otherwise available to support the ACLU of Georgia’s litigation activities. The externship is designed for those who are interested in pursuing a career in public interest litigation.
Spring 2027 Internships
ACLU of Georgia welcomes interns each semester for legal, policy, communications, community engagement and voter access work. Interns can be from all levels of education: high-school, undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate. All applicants must complete an application form and provide a resume. Some applicants may be required to provide additional documents. The internship this semester will be for school credit only.
