The ACLU of Georgia joined immigrants’ rights groups to oppose Department of Homeland Security plans to open a massive immigration detention center. 

On the first day of the legislative session, hundreds of Georgians attended our "Pack the Capitol" event, making it the ACLU of Georgia's largest and most successful lobby day to date.
