Client on Georgia’s death row, has exhausted habeas appeals. Currently has a lethal injection challenged pending in NDGA, on remand from CA11, following a remand from SCOTUS. The Eleventh Circuit partially reversed the district court’s dismissal of Michael’s lethal injection challenge.
