Peace Marshal Training With Indivisible

Join our partner, Indivisible Georgia Coalition, for a marshal training with Tim Franzen of American Friends Service Committee. Marshals serve as volunteers who help host organizations to manage events and ensure the safety of participants. This 90-minute training provides an overview of the role and responsibilities of event marshals and best practices for dealing with real-life scenarios during protests. The training will prepare you with the resources and information you need to serve as a protest marshal in nationwide day of peaceful protests on Saturday, October 18, and beyond. Indivisible Georgia Coalition Medics Training

The ACLU of Georgia's partner, Indivisible Georgia Coalition, is hosting a medic training in preparation for the nationwide day of peaceful protests on Saturday, October 18. Experienced medical professionals will conduct the training to ensure protesters are kept safe and healthy during the events. The coalition is requesting all medics — even experienced professionals — receive at least some training before volunteering. The training does not require you to volunteer for the October 18 event.
