OVERVIEW
The American Civil Liberties Union of Georgia (ACLU of GA) seeks a development associate to support the growth of the organization’s financial resources, with a strong emphasis on increasing individual gifts and building relationships with institutional donors. Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, the Development Associate is an integral member of a team that will significantly grow and manage the fund development program to increase our impact and influence throughout the state.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Development Associate helps ensure a high functioning development operation and attainment of fundraising goals, as well as excellent stewardship by coordinating, managing or supporting the following activities:
Donor management and administration
Annual donor appeals
Cultivation Events
Gift solicitation coordination
Annual Fundraising Dinner
Other duties
