Senate Bill 120

SB 120 prohibits public schools, universities and colleges from promoting, supporting or maintaining any programs or activities that advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. These institutions risk losing state funding or state-administered federal funding if found to be in violation of this proposed law.

The ACLU of Georgia opposes SB 120 because it infringes on the right to free expression, freedom of association, and is unconstitutionally vague.
