Tori McFarland (he/him) is a Community Organizer Fellow at the ACLU of Georgia, where he focuses on election administration and voter access in Georgia. He works closely with county Boards of Elections monitoring projects across the state to observe local decision-making, ensure compliance with state and federal law, and promote transparent, equitable election practices. Through his leadership in volunteer monitoring initiatives, Tori has trained and supported community members to engage directly with their county boards, track policy changes, and advocate for fair election procedures. His work emphasizes accountability, accessibility, and the importance of civic participation in strengthening Georgia’s democratic process.
