Adds a procedure for the removal of members of the State Election Board who were elected when the General Assembly is not in session.

Allows for the criminal prosecution of abortion as murder from the point of fertilization.

Denies state funds for loans, grants, and scholarships to any student who is convicted of a criminal offense or who violated the postsecondary educational institution's code of conduct.

Adds a misdemeanor charge for obstructing a first responder after being warned not to.

Election Omnibus Bill

Bans public schools, local education agencies, and public postsecondary institutions from promoting, supporting, or maintaining DEI programs.

Prohibits anyone under the age of 14 from having a social media account.

Authorizes local school systems and public schools to employ or accept as volunteers school chaplains.

Comprehensive state civil rights laws protecting individuals from discrimination in housing, public accommodations, and employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, familial status, or national origin.
