Provides more transparency in foreign funded political activities in Georgia.

Bans public schools, local education agencies, and public postsecondary institutions from promoting, supporting, or maintaining DEI programs.

Establishes a council to regulate educational materials in public schools and restricts sex education in schools.

Requires all elementary and middle school to display the 10 commandments.
