If you are looking for ways to make a difference across Georgia, this message is for you. Whether it’s protecting the freedom to vote, defending free speech, or ensuring that legislators hear our voice, advocacy is powered by a spirit for volunteerism. It is one of the most effective methods to turn concern, or feelings of powerlessness into action.
The ACLU of Georgia is grateful for our volunteers, who help staff community events, reach voters, and organize on a grassroots level to strengthen the fight for civil rights.
Meaningful change does not happen in isolation. It begins when communities show up for one another, when community members raise their voices together, and when people dedicate their time to protect the rights we share.
