I’yanna Barker (she/her) is the Paralegal/Investigator at the ACLU of Georgia. She works in close collaboration with the attorneys to represent clients through case management, plaintiff finding, and research. Passionate about providing access to the underserved, I’yanna has worked alongside the Innocence Project of Florida and Black Voters Matter who continue to liberate marginalized communities. A native Floridian, I’yanna studied Psychology and Spanish at Florida State University. With plans of becoming an attorney, I’yanna is currently preparing to attend law school.
