DETAILS:
It is more important than ever to ensure that every person can exercise their First Amendment rights. Protest is a safeguard for democracy itself. To temper this defense, Protest Ready GA serves as an initiative to equip and empower Georgians. Over the past month, the ACLU of Georgia has trained 175 legal observers and built rapid response systems to support people who are taking to the streets this summer and beyond.
